I would like us to be able to manually separate a document into individual documents. If a barcode solution is difficult for SMEs to implement, but files still need to be scanned in batches using a simple scanner, then that would be a practical solution for users who are less fit. I know that from an accounting solution. Here you can graphically drag individual pages of the original document into new columns. These columns are then saved as individual documents.

As a user, I would like to be able to limit the viewing rights of documents during magnetization, for example in combination with “Documents - Reading - General” or with “Documents - Magnetizing” as a technical right.

In magnetization, it would be helpful to be able to set a “real” filter. So that individuals can narrow down the documents that are presented to them for magnetization during magnetization. Particularly helpful when several processes run from a single repository, because the various document types must be brought together in one file.

The font for the notes is quite large. The frame can be reduced but not the font. Can you generally format the font a bit smaller, right?

As a user, while magnetizing a document, I often have to look something into documents that have already been processed in order to be able to continue with the magnetization. Since it is unfortunately not (conveniently) possible to have a second AMAGNO session open in parallel, I then have to completely stop the magnetization that has already been started; all features that have already been magnetized are rejected. For these situations, it would be very helpful to save the initial and incomplete magnetization so that you can continue at the same location later.

Suppliers sometimes send duplicate invoices. Even if the profile is correctly magnetized, you only get the error message after clicking on Magnetization (see attachment). If these duplicate documents cannot be filtered out immediately, it would be very helpful if you could immediately choose whether you want to destroy the document when the error message was received.

It would be desirable if Amagno could read data from bar codes during magnetization to fill features. For example, we create Word reports (document type: report), which go through a complete Amagno workflow. These reports are then summarized with attachments and attachments in a joint PDF file, which is also stored in Amagno (document type: ready-to-send report). The document type recognition from/by AMAGNO is purely visual based on the title page. The storage of conditionals (if report AND PDF then ready-to-send report) is not supported. When making comments, I would like to be able to insert a line break by hand (not just through the format) to improve readability. It would also be helpful if you could change the comment again after closing the dialog (before saving) (due to spelling mistakes, etc.)
