I would like us to be able to manually separate a document into individual documents. If a barcode solution is difficult for SMEs to implement, but files still need to be scanned in batches using a simple scanner, then that would be a practical solution for users who are less fit. I know that from an accounting solution. Here you can graphically drag individual pages of the original document into new columns. These columns are then saved as individual documents.

We would like to prohibit a specific magnetization characteristic in our filing system. To do this, it should be possible to block the INBOX characteristic available in the META data as a field value.

The new breakdown by filing and, below, the tasks of the respective group is unfavorable. If you as a user have several storage spaces, the work involved with the new view (since version 7.6) is more complex and confusing. Would it be possible to choose the setting yourself here, i.e. view by file or view by tasks?

As a user, I would like to be able to limit the viewing rights of documents during magnetization, for example in combination with “Documents - Reading - General” or with “Documents - Magnetizing” as a technical right.

Computing characteristics should calculate totals (e.g. partial amounts via MMS) or date calculations (e.g. 30 days on entered date X). This would currently be possible via an external web service + stamp campaign.

In magnetization, it would be helpful to be able to set a “real” filter. So that individuals can narrow down the documents that are presented to them for magnetization during magnetization. Particularly helpful when several processes run from a single repository, because the various document types must be brought together in one file.

When importing documents via email, it would be great if, for example, recipients also store the email in the metadata. Documents could then be assigned to appropriate groups for semi-automatic magnetization, which then take over the further processing. As a user, I want to be able to search for/in annotations (text) of documents.

The font for the notes is quite large. The frame can be reduced but not the font. Can you generally format the font a bit smaller, right?

Amagno currently only supports ZUGFeRD's BASIC format. We send invoices as FACT-X/ZUGFeRD Extended (EN 16931/CII). For our import, we need the structured data from Extended — in particular items, order/LS references, discounts (allowance/batch), payment term, IBAN/BIC and GLN. With Basic, these fields are missing; the PDF import/reconciliation then does not work reliably.
