When importing documents via email, it would be great if, for example, recipients also store the email in the metadata. Documents could then be assigned to appropriate groups for semi-automatic magnetization, which then take over the further processing. This is particularly useful when several processes run from the same repository.

I would like the legal information in accordance with § 14 and § 14a UStG to be validated when importing e-invoices into Amagno.

Paperless NGX allows you to stick a barcode onto the document before scanning and use it for (paper) archiving. It could look like this: The barcodes are created according to a pattern (e.g. “RG-2025-000001" to “RG-2025-xxxxxx”) and glued to the document before scanning. Amagno reads the field, the document ends up in a folder sorted by number. If the original document is now required, it can be found again very quickly due to the allocation, and a chaotic filing (= a wide variety of documents in a Leitz folder) is also possible.

The information as to WHEN was which stamp set by whom cannot be output as well! When exporting, you can only extract all feature contents, as sep. file (CSV or XML). The stamp information “sticks” to the document anyway, so this information should definitely be included. EXAMPLE I find it essential that the information about WHO CHECKED or APPROVED the invoice WHEN is also available outside of amagno! HP YES, I know, you can have a separate feature filled with these contents when stamping... BUT, that is a thing of the past for the vast majority here - our files have all been active for a long time and documents cannot be changed retroactively in this regard. However, it would also be possible to include the stamp information for old documents :-)

As a user Would I like to be able to copy documents in the software so you don't have to leave the application. Currently, the user must export, modify, and reimport the existing document. Wish: Be able to copy a document within the application. The copy should then be sent to the desk (as with templates).

For the annual financial statements and clarity, it would be useful if you could export the column view of the invoices with the associated content as Excel. For example, for provisions for invoices that have not yet been processed and must still be posted to the old financial year, etc., or for an overview of how many invoices are still attached to the respective process step and then continue working with the data (for example via Pivot or Macro).

I want to be able to transfer files from AMAGNO to other applications via drag & drop or Windows clipboard.

When importing scans, we would like to be able to rename the documents directly while magnetizing them. For example, as an invoice, order confirmation, etc...

For related workflows in controlling, it would be very helpful for us if we had the option not only to export data as .csv, but also as .xls or .xlsx That would only be a small feature extension, which, however, would save us the task of going into the document and then saving it as .xlsx in daily doing.
