Paperless NGX allows you to stick a barcode onto the document before scanning and use it for (paper) archiving.
It could look like this:
The barcodes are created according to a pattern (e.g. “RG-2025-000001" to “RG-2025-xxxxxx”) and glued to the document before scanning. Amagno reads the field, the document ends up in a folder sorted by number.
If the original document is now required, it can be found again very quickly due to the allocation, and a chaotic filing (= a wide variety of documents in a Leitz folder) is also possible.
