I still think my idea is good:
I would like to activate/deactivate the options for individual user groups so that the respective user can activate/deactivate himself in the group.
So if “self-management” is activated in a group AND the user is a member of the group, the user can set the group membership to active/deactivate in his profile using the CheckBox.
Background: This means that vacation assignments, different folder views, etc. can be set by users themselves.
Certainly, you should give an admin the option to active/deactivate the group for the users as well.

A popular option is to assign the right of own administration to users in your own user group (technical right “user - remove” /"user - add”). Through the user group, you give the user the right to drag any additional user into their own user group and also exclude them again. Depending on the structure, a flexible representation arrangement can be created without the need for an admin to be involved.

We have often had colleagues ask whether it is not possible to appoint a representative in AMAGNO for a fixed period of time. Therefore, an employee who has no approval rights, for example, would be allowed to release the invoices for this period of time.
All of this is currently done manually. In other words, IT calls, we write down the time period and add the representative to the approval group for the corresponding period of time and remove him again after the time has elapsed. With 80-100 people working in AMAGNO, it can happen quite often.

As a user, I want a colleague to complete my processes and be able to access my data in my absence. As an administrator, I would also like to be able to set the absence.
