To make administration easier when there is increased fluctuation in the company, we recommend using user groups and defining roles (instead of individual users). All rights of a role are controlled by the user group. New users therefore only have to be added to the user group to obtain all appropriate rights.

But I'm still happy to leave this alone and I hope I've unformulated it in your spirit (your original: When an employee leaves the company or receives another function, many stamps must be adjusted in order to find out more quickly which stamps need to be adjusted, such a function would be desirable.)

Today, we do this consistently through user groups!
The user group that receives the rights to the magnet on which the stamp may be used is also entered as a user on the stamp - works great.
Otherwise, similar to group membership (other feature request), this would certainly be possible via a tab in the editing window - or just under “see also”.

Perhaps as an additional tab in the editing area! Then you may also enable removal and assignment there!
