Many suppliers send additional documents with their emails, such as the terms and conditions. These currently always have to be manually deleted during magnetization.
I therefore wanted to be able to magnetize such a document and trigger the DESTRUCTION of the document in the process.

Thanks for your contribution.
The magnetization of these documents is accordingly possible. In order to minimize the effort, for example, a “collective document type” could be created that does not request any characteristics. Here, users only have to manually select the document type during magnetization.
Automatic destruction is not planned due to the increased risk, but can be implemented using appropriate external tools (API).
