The Amagno organizations significantly facilitate self-administration in the cloud. Manage users yourself, create, concurrent/named conversions, activate/deactivate... the quota is no longer defined per user but for the organization and much more. It's worth it. Feel free to submit a ticket as a customer at ABC and switch to the organization now. By the end of 2025, all customers will switch to organizations to ensure security in accordance with ISO27001.

Define a total volume (quoting) for storage so that dependency on individual assignments to users is prevented.

One of the outstanding new features in 2024 will be the availability of organizations in the Amagno product, starting with the Amagno Business Cloud. Organizations allow independent management of folders, users and storage space.
Among other things, the organizations are creating new behaviors in the Amagno Business Cloud, which we hereby inform about in advance:
- Storage, users and storage space are assigned to organizations and managed via Amagno Clients by authorized users (customers, partners). The current explicit allocation of memory to users is therefore omitted.
- In addition to the named licensing model, Amagno offers the Concurrent licensing model and reading licenses in organizations for the Amagno Business Cloud. The Named and Concurrent license models can be used simultaneously in an organization and the license quantities can be converted independently between Named and Concurrent at a ratio of 3:1.
- Each user must be assigned to at least one organization and requires a license (Named or Concurrent). This has a corresponding effect on free users who are used productively in the context of companies and therefore cannot be part of an organization. This is where the use of concurrent licenses is a good idea to keep these users in the organization.
- There will be no more filing without an organization's assignment.
Following revised planning in 2024, we will provide detailed information about the organizations to ensure a smooth transition for our cloud and on-premise customers. The organizations' official release is being sought this year.

It's best to give both options!?!
One standard per user for storage, unless otherwise set for an individual user.
