Email notification is currently already possible via the “detour” stamp -> action (for example, only the admin can see the stamp). It would be nicer if you could activate an email notification without the stamp.

It would also be desirable if only the editors of the document could receive an email notification.

When choosing who should receive the email, the selection “Authorized to stamp” is unfortunately incorrect. Because not everyone can automatically read and/or edit everything on the magnet. However, the email notification is sent. It is therefore not checked whether the document can be edited/stamped by the person at all.
