I would find a very useful feature, especially since we have recently added our individual admin accounts as admins - these are now always at the top of the selection list as “Admin Kangro”, etc. :-/

Editorially adapted. Original text: When entering metadata, I can select individual users from the selection list. Here it would be desirable if you also had the option to select a user group. In our case, it is about the “orderer” function in the invoice workflow; control and processing should be carried out by the respective team. In the right hand, I then select the user group again. Currently, everything has to be entered manually as soon as employees join or leave, must be manually “adjusted” in many places, which is of course a fairly large source of error.
